Agnetha Faltskog
Agnetha faltskog, best known for her role as a Swedish soloist. In reality, she'll forever be remembered for her role as a past member of ABBA which is the most well-known and profitable commercial pop band. When she left school at the age of 15 Agnetha began her singing in Bernt Enghardt's band, and quickly gained fans. They signed her to a recording contract with Enghardt. Her debut single topped the charts in Sweden. Bjorn is her husband and she joined ABBA. For the next eight years, the group became one of the biggest popular acts around the globe, earning several platinum and gold awards all across the globe. In the years following ABBA the group released three albums: 'Wrap Your Arms Around Me' Eyes of a Woman as well as 'I Stand Alone'. Each with great success in Sweden and gained acclaim throughout Europe and beyond, but she was never able to make an impact on the U.S. As the '80s were coming to an end, she went into an officially-resigned retirement. ABBA music served as the foundation for a jukebox-musical called Mamma Mia!. Her album 'My Coloring Books that peaked at No. 11 on charts for the UK and was released after she stepped out of retirement. The singer has had a favorable response to her latest Album 'A.'
